With my background in transformational coaching, team coaching, energy healing and cacao ceremony facilitator, I specialize in holistic practices such as coaching/counseling, combined with Holosomatic Breathwork® Therapy, private cacao ceremonies and supporting your sessions with essential oils each designed to empower you and cultivate emotional resilience.
As someone who has personally navigated challenges and transformations, I understand the complexities of feeling misaligned and the desire to create a life filled with purpose and joy.
